Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 20 miles from Salem, VA 24153 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $40.00 per hour billed at 15 minute increments for transportation services will be incurred in addition to other rates.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from Salem, VA 24153, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for transportation services will apply.

DTB Senior Transporting provides enriching experiences for group outings with friends and family in Virginia. We currently offer tours to Luray Caverns as well as to your selection of either 2 or 3 Vineyards (depending on location and availability).
We currently transport clients within a 50 mile radius from Salem, VA - this refers to the distance from Lynchburg to your pickup address.
Note:
If your pickup address is outside of our operational radius, we ask that you request your trip with a 72 hour notice. If your trip date is sooner, give us a call after requesting your trip.
